It is enough to soak them in a mixture of extensions conditioner and lukewarm water for 10 to 15 minutes.
If the hair is really very dirty, you can clean it with an extensions shampoo. Simply detangle the strands with a wide-tooth comb before washing, wet them and then gently massage in the shampoo. Rinse out the shampoo as usual.
After washing, use the conditioner as well as a care balm or care spray.
